About 2 years back, there was a trend of Kagoshima Kurobuta (black pig) dishes,
and it was very famous on tvshows recommending that about the texture that it's
tasty and will melts in mouth, famous used for shabushabu and ramen charsu
firstly discovered and breed by islanders in Japan, Korea etc. was introduced
it has violence attacking to rats and snakes, also fed with leftovers.
(probably have to consider before eating if it's not breed in farm)

The texture was softer compared to normal katsu dishes :o
